Kitty Hawk Air Society: Kitty Hawk Air Society is a national AFJROTC academic honor society that recognizes academic and military achievement by cadets, provides additional leadership education opportunities, and encourages excellence Its purpose is to promote high academic standards and achievement, school and community service, and self confidence and initiative. Freshman are eligible for membership after the fall semester. In order to be considered for membership, cadets must be in good academic standings with a 3.0 GPA, completed one semester of JROTC, no less than a 90% average in JROTC, and no failing grades in any classes. Cadets must demonstrate positive attitude, integrity, exemplary behavior and willingness to service.

Awareness Presentation Team: APT Is a cadet ran club that helps and benefits the community. It provides service in various events to help improve the community. Cadets also contribute to local events such as Marietta reads. This club consists of cadet from all years who are interested in service. Once cadets participate in at least 3 APT events they have the opportunity to receive a badge at the awards ceremony.

Academic bowl:Cadets involved in academic bowl will participate in stages of academically challenging tests as a team competing against hundreds of other schools across the nation. As the team advances through the test level the rigor of questions increase. The goal of the team is to out beat other schools and make it to nationals held in Washington DC. This is excellent for cadets looking for more SAT/ACT practice!

Rocket club:Cadets in rocket club will learn all about model rocketry and will be given the chance to launch their own rocket. Cadets first must take a knowledge test which they are properly prepared first. Next the cadets build their own model rocket and participate in a friendly competition to determine who has the best decorated rocket. Lastly cadets who successfully launch and recover their rocket will be awarded the rocket club badge to be worn on their uniform!
